Domestic Cheese of the Week: Barick Obama and Tomme de Lay

As we get closer to the Presidential primaries, it’s hard to escape politics. Even when you’re eating cheese. Lazy Lady Farms in Westfield, Vermont has crafted Barick Obama, a square-shaped cow’s milk cheese with a beefy, pungent flavor. Or perhaps your politics (and taste buds) swing more towards Tomme de Lay, their raw goat’s milk cheese with equal pungency and hints of grass of mushrooms.
