A cheese called Flagsheep by Beecher's Handmade Cheese in Seattle, WA was named "Best of Show" at the annual American Cheese Society conference last month. More than 1,700 cheeses were entered into the 2012 ACS Judging & Competition.
Flagsheep, a cheese made from a mix of cow and sheep milk, is not easy to find in cheese shops at the moment, but keep asking for it at your local cheese shop so you can try the cheese when more is released.
