Kale and Mushroom Slow Cooker Lasagna

A slow cooker is a great way to cook lasagna if you want to leave the house while dinner cooks. In four hours or so you'll have a gooey, cheesy lasagna with crispy, delicious edges. This vegetarian lasagna made from kale and mushrooms is really rich; you can add meat if you want but the dish doesn't really need it.
