I've been on a cheesmaking kick over here, mainly because certain types of cheese are so easy to make. Fresh goat cheese is one of those cheeses. Perhaps it won't taste like artisanal chevre from France, but goat cheese made in your own kitchen with starter culture is pretty dang good.
