No cooking required for this quick and easy Feta appetizer!
Serves 4-6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. Feta
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh finely chopped herbs such as thyme, parsley or basil, or 1-2 tsp. dried herbs
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation:
Place Feta on a plate or serving platter. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle the herbs on the Feta. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes on the Feta. If you use fresh herbs, you can garnish the plate with leftover springs of herbs. Serve with a sliced baguette or crackers.Recipe by Jennifer Meier
