Asparagus wrapped in mozzarella and prosciutto is great finger-food for a party. The slices of prosciutto will hold the mozzarella tightly around the spear.

Ingredients:
- 12 spears of asparagus
- 12 pieces of prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1-2 mozzarella balls, cut into 12 thin slices
Preparation:
Blanch asparagus in boiling water for three minutes. Next, immediately put the spears in a bowl of ice water for 30 seconds to cool.
Gently wrap the middle of each asparagus spear in one slice of mozzarella then wrap a prosciutto slice around the mozzarella slice to hold it in place.
