This Manchego and Olives recipes serves four as an appetizer.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- .5 lb Manchego cheese
- 2 cups mixed olives, preferably pitted
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, depending on how spicy you want the appetizer to be
Preparation:
Cut the rind off the cheese then cut the cheese into small cubes.
Mix olives, cheese, olive oil and red pepper flakes in a serving dish and serve with toothpicks.
