Mozzarella, Tomato & Prosciutto Recipe serves 2-4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 mozzarella ball, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 pound prosciutto, thinly sliced
Preparation:
Create rows on a plate by alternating slices of mozzarella, tomato and prosciutto.If you like, garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Be careful about adding salt, though; prosciutto is fairly salty.
