Delicious, easy finger food. The saltiness of the prosciutto and black olive tapenade is balanced by the mild, creamy fresh mozzarella.

Mozzarella Prosciutto Rolls Stuffed with Olive Tapenade serves 3 people, but can be easily multiplied

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 large mozzarella balls cut into 12 thin slices
  • 12 pieces of prosciutto, sliced thinly
  • 3/4 cup olive tapenade

Preparation:

Put a spoonful of olive tapenade in the middle of each mozzarella slice. Gently fold the mozzarella slice and wrap the prosciutto around the slice to secure it shut.
