Gruyere Swiss cheese is the perfect balance of sweet and salty. This Swiss cheese is nutty and herbal and slightly musty near the rind.

Uses and Pairings:

Aged Swiss Gruyere is delicious simply by itself. Gruyere is also used for cooking because it melts well and lends its deep, savory flavor to numerous dishes like French Onion Soup and grilled sandwiches.
