Black Olive Tapenade Recipe makes 1 cup of tapenade
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
Preparation:
Pulse nuts, garlic, parsley and oil in a food processor until smooth. Add olives and pulse until the desired consistency - either slightly chunky or completely smooth - is reached.Serve tapenade next to a cheese plate with a loaf of bread or crackers.
