Mozzarella Asparagus Pizza Recipe serves four
- pizza crust
- 12-15 asparagus spears
- 1 large mozzarella ball, thinly sliced
- 1-2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup tapenade or pesto, or both
Preheat oven to 375
Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes. Cut each spear into three pieces.
Roll out pizza crust. Spread olive tapenade and/or pesto on the crust. Cover evenly with tomato, asparagus and mozzarella.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the crust
