Cheesemakers:

LoveTree Farmstead Cheese was established in 1986 by Mary and David Falk. The land is farmed organically. The Falks take pride in their award-winning cheeses that exhibit the terroir of the north woods of Wisconsin. The milk, they say, is flavored by "wild lilacs, evergreens, mustard grass, violets, the clovers, sweet milkweed, and many others."
