Toss this Blue Cheese Salad Dressing with Romaine or Ice Burg lettuce or with mixed greens.
- 1/2 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 Tbsp hot water
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- freshly ground pepper
In a bowl, pour the hot (not boiling) water over the cheese and mash the cheese with a fork so that the cheese becomes softer and has a more spreadable consistency.
Mix in buttermilk, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Chill and serve with salad.
