Spicy Broccoli With Feta Recipe serves four

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Broccoli
- 1/3 lb Feta, crumbled
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (or more, if you like spicier food)
Preparation:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over high heat. When the olive oil begins to sizzle slightly, add the broccoli. Saute 5-6 minutes, turning the heat down to medium, until broccoli begins to soften and brown around the edges. If the broccoli pieces are still firmer than you want, add 2 tsp water to the pan and with a lid on cook 1 minute more.Add red pepper flakes. Transfer broccoli to a plate and cover with crumbled Feta.
