Soyoung Scanlan established Andante Dairy in 1999. Trained as a biochemist and dairy scientist, she is also a music lover. All of the cheeses made at Andante Dairy are named with musical terms. Her delicate, beautifully made cheeses are found mainly in restaurants and cheese stores throughout California.
