- Tumalo Tomme - Aged, raw milk, with earthy and nutty flavor
- Redmondo - Aged, raw milk, fruity and earthy
- Buche - Soft mold-ripened cheese shaped in a log with a strong, pronounced flavor
- Pyramid - Soft mold-ripened cheese shaped in a pyramid
Cheesemakers:
Juniper Grove specializes in goats' milk cheeses made from their herd of 110 goats. The cheese is made by hand and production is limited to insure quality. Most of their cheese is made with raw milk and has deep, intense flavor. Owner Pierre Kolisch was an attorney before he trained in France to become a cheesemaker.
