- UFO - Soft texture, herbal, earthy flavor and tangy bite Cheesemakers:Since 1987, Lora Lea and Rick Misterly have been making raw goat cheese with milk from their small herd of goats at Quillisascut Cheese Company. Their farm in Northeastern Washington State is not just a cheesemaking operation.
