    Cheesemaker:

    In the early 1980s Mary Keehn began making cheese from her herd of Alpine goats. More than twenty years later, Cypress Grove is now seen as a pioneer of the artisanal cheese industry in the United States. Fresh goat cheese from Cypress Grove is slightly milder and less tangy than most European goat cheese.
